1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of The Imperial Charter, submitting a journey enquiry, completing a booking deposit, or applying to The Chauffeur's Block, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
The Imperial Charter acts as an exclusive bespoke concierge and charter coordinator. We arrange luxury executive vehicles, licensed private aviation charters, maritime yacht charters, and academy-certified chauffeur services.
Asset specifications and images displayed on representative fleet catalogues represent vehicle classes and categories; specific tail numbers, vessel hulls, or vehicle models are confirmed upon formal quotation and availability validation.
3. Quotations & Deposits
All quotations generated by our concierge office are time-limited and subject to fleet availability at the moment of deposit settlement. A passage is officially confirmed only upon verified receipt of the specified deposit via our authorized payment boundary or verified bank wire.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Notice periods and cancellation charges vary based on the charter tier (road transport, maritime yachting, or private aviation). All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing directly to your appointed senior concierge.
5. Chauffeur's Block Conditions
Applications submitted to The Chauffeur's Block academy undergo rigorous professional verification, background checks, and defensive driving history evaluations. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or placement into our elite cadre.
6. Liability & Operating Safety
All third-party transport operators, flight carriers, and maritime vessel owners affiliated with our network maintain mandatory international commercial insurance and regulatory certifications according to local aviation and civil maritime authorities.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
